All existing coatings were removed and the floor was prepared by diamond grinding prior to the application of the system primer.
A 4mm epoxy screed was then applied to the floor by rake and trowel in order to ensure that a uniform screed thickness was achieved. Two top coats of grout sealer containing a non slip aggregate were then applied to the cured screed by brush & roller.
The epoxy screed is ideal for food & beverage facilities where a seamless, impact resistant floor finish is required.
