Project Description
As part of a wider refurbishment project Hendersons were awarded with the contract to blast and paint the bridge steelwork.
Temporary fixed access scaffolding was constructed and the work area was encapsulated using an envirowrap sheeting system.
During the blasting process our own dust extraction system was used to create a safe working environment and ensure there was no negative impact on the local environment.
Using heating and dehumidification equipment we created the perfect environment for coating application and curing.
On completion of the contract Hendersons were highly commended by both the main contractor and local authority for executing our scope of works safely on time and on budget.
